感谢各位一直以来对乌干达业务拓展激励计划的积极参与和大力支持。为继续支持各位合作伙伴拓展乌干达市场，我们很高兴地宣布，该计划将予以延期。
延期后计划详情：
计划生效时间：2026年4月1日起
计划内容保持不变，在计划生效期内 ：
商品入库后的0-90天内，可享受共90天的仓储费用减免；
商品产生订单出库时，可享受出库费减免50%。
影响范围：此计划继续适用于所有JG乌干达海外仓卖家的商品，无品类限制。
重要提示：
- 本计划如有调整，Jumia将至少提前30天通知卖家。
- Jumia保留随时终止或修改此计划条款的权利，最终解释权归Jumia所有。
- FBJ业务的所有常规政策和条款，除上述方案涉及的条款外，依然有效。

常见问题解答：
- 如何定义商品是否符合实行计划？
在计划生效期内，商品在入库90天内即可享受免仓储费；商品出库时可享受出库费减免50%。
- 卖家是否需要提交申请才能享受仓储费用及出库费减免？
卖家无需申请，Jumia将自动免除符合条件的SKU相关费用。
- 45天、90天的仓储费用减免规则是否可以累积？
不可以，这两项费用减免不能累积。例如，符合此计划的商品将总共享最多90天的免费仓储，而不是45+90天。
- 为什么有时候在账单里，卖家会看到同一个SKU显示两条仓储费扣款记录？
此情况通常是由于卖家的同一个SKU存在不同日期的库存入库记录，而Jumia的账单中，会将同一个SKU的库存分开记录，库龄短于及等于90天仓储费征收记录合并为同一行，库龄长于90天的仓储费征收记录合并为另一行。故针对这部分产品，Jumia的账单中会显示两条扣款记录。卖家可以通过VC自查关于Jumia仓储费的收取记录，查看路径为：

Details of the Extended Program:
Program Effective Date: From April 1, 2026
Program Terms Remain Unchanged during Effective Period:
Products enjoy up to 90 days of free storage fees within 0-90 days after check-in;
Products enjoy a 50% discount on outbound fees when an order is fulfilled.
Scope: This program continues to apply to all products from JG Uganda overseas warehouse sellers, with no category restrictions.
Important Notes:
- If any adjustments are made on this program, Jumia will notify sellers at least 30 days in advance.
- Jumia reserves the right to terminate or modify the terms of this program at any time, with final interpretation rights belonging to Jumia.
- All standard FBJ policies and terms remain in effect, except for the terms covered by the above program.

- How is it determined whether a product qualifies for the program?
Within the effective period, products will enjoy free storage fees within 90 days of check-in, and a 50% discount on outbound fees upon shipment.
- Do sellers need to submit an application to receive the storage and outbound fee discounts?
No application is needed. Jumia will automatically waive the relevant fees for eligible SKUs.
- Can the storage fee waiver rules for 45 days and 90 days be combined?
No, these two fee waivers cannot be stacked. For example, products eligible for this program will enjoy a combined maximum of 90 days of free storage, rather than 45+90 days.
- Why do sellers sometimes see two storage fee deduction records for the same SKU on their statement?
This typically occurs because the same SKU has inbound stock records from different dates. In Jumia’s statement, inventory for the same SKU is recorded separately: storage fee charges for stock aged 90 days or less are combined into one line, while charges for stock aged more than 90 days are combined into a separate line. As a result, two deduction records may appear on the statement for these products.Sellers can self-check Jumia’s storage fee collection records via Seller Center (VC), using the following path:
Account Statement >> Export Transactions >> select the desired “Start Date” >> select “End Date” >> select statement status “paid” or “unpaid” >> Export >> the statement enters the Transactions Exports queue >> once “Status” shows “Completed” >> click the “Download” icon.
